I had a very difficult plumbing situation where my washer was backing up into the shower (and a couple of small jobs, too). I got on service magic and Mary called me within minutes of requesting plumber and set up an appt to come out the next morning. Pat and Mary were very kind and helpful in explaining the situation and presenting me with options. They were in my house evaluating the situation at 10am, and the jobs were completed by 12 noon. The price was very reasonable and they cleaned up so well, that you couldn't tell they were even here! I would recommend them to anyone.

I thought that I had a leak in my upstairs pipes. Aqua Pro came out that night, they performed several different tests, and they assured me there was no leak. They diagnosed the problem correctly, their price for the service was extremely reasonable, and they were professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again!

I called them in to snake out a drain pipe. They were very thorough in describing the issue and what they were going to do to fix it. While they were on site they addressed another drain issue I had in the laundry room and gave me some general plumbing advice. I am very pleased with both the quality of their work and their professionalism. I would gladly call them out again if in need!

Truly, when Pat walked up to my door I knew he was the man! When I talked with Pat I told him I had painted my bathroom and I brought new fixtures to update room. Well of course I brought the wrong things, so Pat suggest things that would work and let me make the decision and he would get the parts. When he came over to install them I could not believe the difference it really made. My bathroom is BEAUTIFUL!!!!. Being a single woman and not knowing anybody that I could TRUST to do the work, I made a great choice in Aqua Pro Plumbing. I felt that Pat was honest, knowledgeable, on time and didn't’t drag it to be a all day experience , the price was right and the PLUS was he clean his mess UP!!! The appointment person contacted me within 15 minutes of my posting. He then was at my house within 2 hours, gave me what I thought was a great estimate and had the work completed in less then 30 minutes. They were great and cared that the work was done quickly, professionally and at a reasonable rate. Even when he didn't have the part he went and got it and returned in no time. All of this done on a Friday evening. This is a can't miss company who cares about it's customers.
